Sierra, New Damage Hero

Sierra has officially joined Overwatch as a new damage hero. Her kit revolves around Anchor Drones, the Helix Rifle, and Tracking Shot, with perk choices that let you lean more into mobility, precision, survivability, or faster pressure.
Here is a full recap of her perks. I kept the same names and descriptions as on OW Perks so the article matches the hero page and voting section.
Sierra - Damage
Minor Perks:
- Full Flight: Increase Anchor Drone flight and grapple ranges by 25%.
- Tight Grip: Helix Rifle's bullet spread tightens 100% faster and widens 30% slower.
Major Perks:
- Medi-Drone: Anchor Drones hold a small health pack that can heal Sierra.
- Locked In: Firing Tracking Shot increases your attack speed by 20% for 2 seconds.
